A Masters in Chemistry by qualification and with over 32 years of rich work experience in the lubricant industry with some of the world’s biggest brands such as Castrol, Mr. Ghatak went on to join the Company to take his professional career to an all new level.
A qualified professional Internal Auditor and R&D Expert, he has turned around the Quality and Development process of all new products at RULL.
In just 2 years of his association with the Company, Mr. Ghatak has to his credit of successfully launching more than a dozen new products ranging from Gel Greases, Synthetics and customised solutions for the Rally Sport industry among others.
VICE PRESIDENT – INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
An incisive professional with 35 years of rich experience and success with ground-up enterprise building talent, in areas such as; International Business, Domestic & Online Sales, Marketing, New Business Development etc.
A problem-solving mindset is also an innovative thinker with team building expertise and a keen strategist with proven abilities of networking and maintaining solid client relationships.
He has worked in diverse industries of high reputation and devoted 90% time in the Automotive Industry: Tyres, Lubricants, Auto Parts, Auto-Accessories AND balance 10% time in the Building Construction Industry: Paints, Tiles etc. Mr. Aroraa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and enriched his skills with a PG Program in Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
GM – DOMESTIC SALES and Marketing
He is an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the lubricants industry & allied industries. Skilled in Building and Implementing channel strategy, Demand generation, BTL activity management, Sales forecast, Business development etc.
Besides having Strong skills in implementing sales strategies & guiding teams to achieve sales (direct/channel) & distribution targets, he possesses +20 years’ experience in Retail Business Development, B2B, B2C & Corporate Sales in reputed companies viz: Idea Cellular, Elofic Filters & Oils, Shell and Xado Lubricants.
He holds 3 years Diploma in Automobile Engineering and had done Bachelors in Commerce and BDP-Bachelor in arts.
HEAD – INSTITUTIONAL SALES
A result-oriented professional with 30 years’ experience dealing with Institutional-Government Business viz: PSU, Defence, and Railways Etc.
He associated with us in 2016 and, with his techno-commercial business acumen introduced UNOCAL 76 patented technology lubricants to Indian Railways, Defense & Central government departments.
Well-versed with the tendering process of Government/PSU’s and has the ability to analyse business practices and define optimal procedures.
HEAD R&D
A Bachelors in Chemical Engineering & Masters in Polymers Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi with over 8 years of experience in varied fields.
Has worked overseas with Aditya Birla Group as a Research Scientist in the fibre industry. She is a certified WCM assessor and has undergone training on TRIZ Innovation Technology by MIQ.
Has also gained experience in the industrial coating industry as well as has worked with GEITC, John.F.Welch Technology Center Bangalore where she worked on synthesis and characterization of hydrogels.
